This is a wine glass called "Kutani Wa Glass," which combines Kutani-yaki (Kutani ware) and handmade blown glass. The foot of the glass features the renowned design called "Shirochibute-sen" that was established in the Taisho era and has become a representative design of Kutani-yaki. Even after more than 100 years, it continues to enjoy high popularity.
